Technology and sustainability: the challenge of the future

This Wednesday, April 22nd, at 11:00 a.m., the 2026 edition of Earth Day will take place at the "G. Caboto" Nautical Institute in Gaeta.

While until a few years ago, this event was simply a fun way to celebrate the arrival of summer and the first encounter with the sea, today discussing the state of our planet is a necessity and a duty, particularly felt by the Nautical Institute of Gaeta, now a regular guest at the meeting between students and environmental scientists. The sword of Damocles threatening us in these current times is primarily global climate change, which has drastically subverted the planet's equilibrium, and various types of pollution.
